Our on-site team will warmly welcome your guests and ensure your room is set up according to your preferences. Our meeting rooms are equipped with business-grade conference phone technology, high-speed internet, and screens and projectors are available if needed.
Additional Services During the booking process, you have the option to add tea and coffee for your meeting, as well as any necessary presentation or videoconferencing equipment. We can also arrange catering services with a minimum 24-hour notice. If you require technical support, our on-site team can assist with AV equipment setup, as well as any printing, scanning, or administrative needs.

Room Overtime and Early Arrival If there are no subsequent bookings, you can use the meeting room for as long as you need on the same day, with the checkout time and cost adjusted accordingly. You and your guests are welcome to wait in the reception area up to 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting room booking starts. Early access to the room may be possible, subject to availability—simply consult with our reception team at your chosen workspace.
Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy is as follows: Free cancellation if done within two hours of booking or more than 20 working days before the room booking. Full fee payable if canceled up to four working days before the booking. Full fee payable for meeting rooms booked for 11-20 people with nine or fewer days' notice. Full fee payable for meeting rooms booked for more than 21 people with 19 or fewer days' notice.
